General Shipping
- Shipping Charges: For international customers, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s value, weight, and dimensions.
- Delivery Partners: Our trusted delivery partners include DHL and other reliable carriers, depending on your location.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 working days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Delivery Address: Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If you need to make changes, please email us at info@melandco.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address and postal code are correct and complete to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or delays caused by factors beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all import laws and regulations of the destination country.
- All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.
- Customs charges vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- For shipments to the EU (effective 1st July 2021), VAT will apply to all deliveries. These charges are payable by the customer.
- In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This will not increase customs duties, as they are calculated based on the total value of goods, not the number of shipments.
