Return & Exchange Policy – Mel & Co.
At Mel & Co., every order is made and packed with love, so we hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, please note:
- Returns & Exchanges: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international customers.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped to receive a full refund. Once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it or issue a refund.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@melandco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order ID and a clear photo of the defect. Once we review and verify the issue, we’ll issue either a credit note or a refund for the defective product. At this time, we do not offer replacements.
